How do I return my order? 

You can recieve a discount by signing up for our newsletter; please click here to sign up. You will recieve an email or sms with the discount code, if you don't see our email in your inbox, please check your spam. Additionally, we have automated discounts and gift when you add items to your cart.

Only one discount can be applied at check out.

Where can I get a discount?

All our footwear is made true to size and are comparable with most american brands. All sizing is in US grade. A general rule of thumb is to go one size down from your sneaker size.

How do I pick the right size?

Our fulfillment center is efficient, so we typically cannot adjust orders. Morning orders are normally fulfilled before 2:00 pm, and any orders afterward are filled the next business day. If you quilify to make any changes, please let us know as soon as possible so we can assist you. 

If we cannot adjust your order, we offer complimentary exchanges on our online portal.
